Sexy BeastSexy Beast

Celebrating 25 years since its release with a brand-new 4K restoration.

Ex-villain Gal Dove (Ray Winstone) has served his time behind bars and is blissfully retired to a Spanish villa paradise with a wife he adores. The idyll is shattered by the arrival of his gangster nemesis Don Logan (Ben Kingsley), intent on persuading Gal to return to London for one last big job. Desperate not to sacrifice his enchanted existence, Dove is drawn into a shocking and explosive battle of wills with Logan, and takes part in a sensational underwater heist, risking everything to protect the woman he loves.

Sexy Beast is a mould-breaking stylish thriller which marked the feature debut of Oscar®-winning director Jonathan Glazer (The Zone of Interest). Driven by a dynamite script from Louis Mellis and David Scinto, Glazer’s striking, sun-drenched visuals and with incredible performances from Winstone and Kingsley (in a role which earned him an Oscar® nomination), Sexy Beast is a refreshingly original and riotously entertaining take on the British gangster film.
